Barry Reese, CEO of FACE 2 FACE Sales Solutions, began his business career in 1974. Partnering with his brother, Ralph, Barry built Reese Brothers, an outbound telemarketing company and its subsidiary company, CommComm, an inbound telemarketing company. Barry and his brother successfully grew their companies to rank among the leaders in the telemarketing industry, until they were sold to The Resource Group (TRG) in 2002 and 2005.
At its peak, Reese Brothers had more than 7,000 employees with offices throughout the United States and the Philippines. The companies were known for their superior performance and integrity. And their corporate culture was defined by an unfailing commitment to professionalism and the institution of best practices, such as modeling techniques and employee incentive programs and contests, which distinguished Reese Brothers from more traditional telemarketing firms.
