Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for hitting and exceeding sales objectives for the company. The position will be responsible for the day to day sales activities of 15 RSCs (Residential Sales Consultants). This is an active field management position which requires the individual to be in the field with their team assisting in selling our clients products and services. The position necessitates a positive image at all times. The Sales Manager will be the local “face” of the company to our local clients.
Quality Trainer
The Quality Trainer position is the subject matter expert on all client products and services. This individual will be responsible for developing training materials to provide to the RSCs. In a supportive role to the Sales Manager and RSCs the position will be required to assist in on-the-job field training. The Quality Trainer will develop several training programs that work on product knowledge, sales skills, ethics, and more. Creativeness and fun in training programs will set this individual apart from other trainers in the industry.
Recruiter
The Recruiter will work with local colleges to build paid intern programs. The position is responsible for hiring new sales people for our local office. This individual will be responsible for developing new recruiting activities which may include: job fairs, working with employment centers, colleges, business networking, etc. The Recruiter will assist at least twice a week with the field sales teams to ensure the understanding of what our sales people must overcome on a daily basis. Creativeness and fun is a necessity to work in our office.
Residential Sales Consultants
RSCs (Residential Sales Consultants) are responsible for hitting and exceeding sales objectives. The position is responsible for day to day sales activities reaching residential customers by performing door to door sales presentations. RSCs must dress professionally and present themselves, Face 2 Face, and clients with a positive image at all times. RSCs will adhere to all sales, quality, and ethical standards. RSCs must focus on developing a extremely pleasant customer experience.
Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible maintaining schedules, paperwork, reporting, and day to day office work. The position will support management and sales people. Daily activities include sales form data entry, reporting and analysis of clients' pay files, background check processing for new hires, and more. At least twice a week the office manager will support the sales people in the field to ensure proper quality and filing of paperwork. The position necessitates a positive image at all times. The Office Manager may be the first “face” our new clients and employees see.
